TMCL SERVICES LTD

I am an Independent Management Consultant and established TMCL Services Ltd in 2007 to provide my skills and support directly to Clients and Contractors through my UK registered business. I am based in the U.K but have conducted many assignements in the USA , Puerto Rico, Mexico & Europe for a variety of Clients.

I have over 25 years experience working in Improvement, either directly for Manufacturing Companies, or sub-contratcted Consulting businesses, and have been Consulting since 1997.

My analytical approach and ability to understand complex situations is due to my BSc.(Hons.) in Applied Physics. I also held Scientist & Engineering roles prior to embarking on my Consulting career  I have a professional Diploma qualification in Kaizen Engineering (Continuous Improvement, which is highly regarded in the world of Improvement and Total Productive Maintenace -TPM), accredited by the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance, JIPM. 

I have the ability to 'hit the ground running' and can quickly understand processes, collect & analyse the data, identify opportunities, explain and motivate. My methodology is based on a proven apporach to guide and coach my Clients; usiing the Improvement tools and techniques, and to take action and deliver results. The key is to keep things simple, engage the workforce to nurture ownership of the process, and sustain their improvement efforts.  I enjoy my work and I am always seeking new challenges. The world is full of opportunites.

Currently I live in Yarm in North Yorkshire, and enjoy cycling in the beautiful surrounding countryside when not working on assignments.
